The Little Red Emperor Played by ????? Name: ? Alignment: Evil Empire Titles: The Emperor Race: ? Although never addressed that way in person, The Little Red Emperor is indeed little and very fond of wearing red. The Emperor is the face behind the Evil Empire in every literal sense, as the yellow smiley face in its logo is a depiction of the yellow masks the emperor wears to convey emotions. The Emperor also takes great pleasure in shouting at people. Why the Emperor is content with just sitting around while Barf Siemens does all the work running and maintaining the Evil Empire is an oddity in itself and brings some to question why one would bother building an Empire in the first place if that's all they intended to do, but ah well.
